Repeat: “Repeating History”

Strange happenings going on… and a lot of it’s coming from DT’s mouth, too. Why does he keep saying these things? And since he keeps mentioning them, guess it’s worth adding Lincoln, Johnson, and Roosevelt to the list of presidents, too? Something that needs repeating itself: history repeats itself.

Speaking of a repeat of history, there’s a group of people back at it again with threatening a Civil War.

AM Joy – 11/2/19
Quotes from above video, below:

“This is something they want. This is something they’re perpetuating through their language, and their tweets.”

Indeed. It is what they want.

What is it with this man that people are so obsessed to the point of stupid that they’re sitting here talking about “I have 8 billion bullets and I know how to use them”?

…perhaps it’s the possibility of his being the Antichrist?
And their having voted for a King, not a president a la 1 Sam 8?

Onto the presidential comparisons, though…
Roosevelt:

“At some point, I’m going to sit down, perhaps as a fireside chat on live television, and I will read the transcript of the call, because people have to hear it. When you read it, it’s a straight call,” Trump added.

Johnson:

During his wide-ranging interview with the conservative news outlet Thursday, Trump insisted that the charges were insignificant compared with those lodged against the three other presidents to face impeachment.

“Everybody knows I did nothing wrong,” he said. “Bill Clinton did things wrong; Richard Nixon did things wrong. I won’t go back to [Andrew] Johnson because that was a little before my time. But they did things wrong. I did nothing wrong.”

Lincoln:

“Of all the Presidents who preceded Donald Trump in office, the one he most often measures himself against is Abraham Lincoln. Time and again, Trump has compared himself favorably to the sixteenth President, boasting, for example, that his poll numbers are higher—although, of course, there were no polls in the nineteenth century. He has belittled Lincoln, explaining that he nearly lost the Civil War to Robert E. Lee, the Confederate general whom Trump speaks of with reverence. He pins positive clichés about Lincoln on himself, pointing out, as if no one else knew it, that Lincoln was a Republican, just like Trump, and honest, just like Trump.”

“A few minutes after Trump mocked Lincoln’s sincerity, he changed direction again. “Honest Abe. I liked Honest Abe,” he said. A voice shouted out, “Honest Donald!” Trump smiled. “We’ve confirmed,” he said, pocketing the comparison. “He says, ‘Honest Donald.’ Thank you.””

I sometimes wonder if things like below are his being unable to help from blurting out his own fears? Like the manifestation of his being overwhelmed with worries and self-consciousness caused by his past actions… like, if one’s to listen to his own claim, getting married to, and staying with someone who apparently doesn’t like him very much.

Also, considering the comparison to Lincoln, it’s just… weird.

The Trump Admin: 1 Cor 15:33

“Exclusive: Leaked Trump vetting docs”
“Nearly 100 internal Trump transition vetting documents leaked to “Axios on HBO” identify a host of “red flags” about officials who went on to get some of the most powerful jobs in the U.S. government.

Why it matters: The massive trove, and the story behind it, sheds light on the slap-dash way President Trump filled his cabinet and administration, and foreshadowed future scandals that beset his government.”

What stood out to me for this is that Chris Christie’s name is basically a double usage of “Christ,” which is interesting in this situation because he was the only one who seemed to know what he was doing in the campaign and administration (particularly when it comes to behaving legally), and yet they fired him and passed him over.

Which also makes me think of that time when Trump was asked if he asks God for forgiveness… and he answered that he doesn’t. Ever. At all. Period.

This is doubly worthwhile because, of course, DT’s grandmother’s maiden name is Christ, as is his dad’s middle name, and so-called Christians are considering him as having the spirit of Cyrus and being a savior of sorts.

This is proven by Paula White’s speech at his re-election announcement rally (which is a great example, both in speech, and in supporters behind her, of what I imagine John 16:2-3 and 2 Thess 2:3’s falling away would look and sound like):

Just as odd as the idea that she and he both say he has a great relationship with God (despite what I mentioned above) is the fact that that she keeps talking about his destiny, especially if his destiny is supposed to be the antichrist.

Alternatively, said people were claiming his destiny (a la spirit of Cyrus) was to become president, so it’s strange that she’s insinuating he hasn’t fulfilled such yet. Perhaps he, too, is still “acting,” like the rest of those holding positions for him in the administration?

Angels & Demons, Part 2

….Yeah, this is a little disturbing. The weird “coincidence” of it all’s just too much.

So… CNN runs the previously mentioned report about SB going against Pope Francis on Sunday, April 15, 2019, and then… the day after, this happens:

This ties in quite well, considering the fact that churches have been similarly going up in flames in America, destroyed by the same group of people, with the same mindset and ideology, etc.

As a followup, this is the spoilery plot description from the movie on which the title of this post is based: “Langdon and Vittoria retrieve Silvano’s journals from Richter’s office, finding he kept tabs on the Pope with hidden security cameras. They find footage of Richter confronting McKenna, revealing the Camerlengo is the mastermind behind the attacks. The Pope had invited Silvano to publicly present the antimatter as proof of a divine power, bridging the gap between religion and science. Considering such a claim blasphemy, McKenna orchestrated the Pope’s death, and the Illuminati assassin, then plotted to be elected as Pope. The footage is shown to the papal conclave.” – https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Angels_%26_Demons_(film)#Plot

Not to mention the fact that it’s been described as an inferno in mainstream media chyrons like this: “Paris mourns its ‘Lady’ after Notre Dame inferno” – https://edition.cnn.com/2019/04/16/europe/paris-mourns-notre-dame/index.html

Inferno is the name of the followup book in the Da Vinci Code series:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Robert_Langdon_(film_series)
– but that story has to do with a viral superweapon, so the first thing that comes to mind there are plagues… and the recent outbreak of measles, as well. That weapon in the movie’s supposed to take out half the world’s population. Revelation mentions the same amount (1/2 of the world), via mentioning how 1/4 of the population will perish, followed by 1/3 of the remaining 3/4th:

  • Rev 6:8 – “And I looked, and behold a pale horse: and his name that sat on him was Death, and Hell followed with him. And power was given unto them over the fourth part of the earth, to kill with sword, and with hunger, and with death, and with the beasts of the earth.”
  • Rev 9:15 – And the four angels were loosed, which were prepared for an hour, and a day, and a month, and a year, for to slay the third part of menAnd the number of the army of the horsemen were two hundred thousand thousand: and I heard the number of them. And thus I saw the horses in the vision, and them that sat on them, having breastplates of fire, and of jacinth, and brimstone: and the heads of the horses were as the heads of lions; and out of their mouths issued fire and smoke and brimstone. By these three was the third part of men killed, by the fire, and by the smoke, and by the brimstone, which issued out of their mouths.

So again, to me, at least, this sounds similar to the plot from Angels & Demons, in which the point of contention between the pope in place at the time, was that he wanted to bridge the gap between religion and science by moving forward to embrace science (and in this case… minorities and immigrants, which, for some reason, is seen as a bad thing by the group of supposedly religious people now attacking him), this is quoted from the following articles:

“Is Bannon Fifth-Columning the Pope?” – https://www.dailykos.com/stories/2019/4/14/1850272/-Is-Bannon-Fifth-Columning-the-Pope

“In December 2016 I wrote about how White House chief strategist Steve Bannon, who likes to flash his Catholic credentials when it comes to economics, displays no interest in actual Catholic teachings on economics. Perhaps that his because his position is at odds with that of Pope Francis, and as recent news reports suggest, he may also have joined forces with Vatican opponents of the Pope’s emphasis on refugees, tolerance, and spiritually.

On February 7, 2017 The New York Times published an article that suggests “Steve Bannon Carries Battles to Another Influential Hub: The Vatican.” The story outlined how Bannon appears to be now engaging in a Fifth Column action within the Vatican in support of ultra-traditionalist forces who are unhappy with the Pope’s social justice message. These forces take issue with Francis’s more tolerant tone towards Syrian refugees, his call for economic fairness and his pro-environmental stances, particularly when it comes to climate change.

“Steve Bannon’s Advice Is the Last Thing Pope Francis Needs Right Now”: https://www.esquire.com/news-politics/politics/a27149700/steve-bannon-pope-francis-populism/

The recent letter from Benedict XVI illustrates how utterly absurd the whole concept of a “pope emeritus” always has been. (The only other pope to resign, Celestine V, at least tried to disappear back into the life of a hermit monk. I’d like to think that, somewhere out on a barren isle in the Ionian Sea, there an ancient monastic cell with Benedict’s name on the door.) How one squares apostolic succession with both an actual pope and a retired pope who commands a power base within the institutional Church, at least without somebody decamping to Avignon, is a question best left to people who believe that Christ actually appointed the bishop of Rome to run things. What I do know is that He didn’t leave the keys to the kingdom to a hot-wire expert from the lunatic American right.

Don’t know about you, but that part about Benedict makes it sound like Rev 17:11 could, to some interesting degree, be as applicable to the False Prophet, as it is the Antichrist.

4/16 edit: Just managed to see Angel White’s new video touching on how this ties in with I, Pet Goat. Well worth the watch. I’d completely forgotten how much that video relates to so much. And with this, wow! Even down to the very direction that the spire fell:

Angels and Demons: School for Populists

Hmm…. I’m not a fan of the Catholic Church, but by comparison, Francis isn’t too bad of a person, considering his stances are the sorts that make the right-wing bristle, shudder, and sneer vs accepting with open arms… which, lately, seems to be a sign that one’s doing things as wrong as they would be if the left were wholeheartedly doing the same (the idea that a shift toward either left or right benefits one on the path down the narrow way leading through the strait gate has always been strange, imo).

Taking that into consideration, it sounds, to me, like SB’s trying to set up something similar to the plot of Angels and Demons (“gladiator school”? And that monastery…  remember, even the Vatican police, etc. were turncoats in that movie). Why? To install his own Rev 13 false prophet “beast from the earth” leader, perhaps?
